Benoit Fondant is a ready to roll icing that is ideal for cake covering and making edible decorations for cakes and cupcakes.
Should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light and any unused icing should be wrapped up well in polythene or foil to prevent it from drying out.
Pack Instructions; Use at room temperature and knead until pliable. lightly dust the work surface with icing sugar and roll out to the desired thickness to create delicious decorations.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm), water, stabilisers (E422, E415, E466), emulsifier (E422), colour (E153, E133, E129, E102), natural flavouring, preservative (E202), corn starch, Tragacanth Gum (413), cream of tartar, Vanilla Flavour, Citric Acid (E330) Malic Acid (E296).
