KaysieåÊhas won numerous awards and is a Star of the FoodåÊNetworkåÊChannel regularly featuring on TV in the USA. She has been featured in 4 different episodes of the Food Network challenge and has won all of them bar one!
Kaysie's unique style is known around the globe where she teaches gravity defying cakes and repeatedly demonstrates why she is a world leader in the art of cake sculpture.

If you had the opportunity of attending her classes you will be familiar with Higgins and Blown Away Betty . They charming characters that takes formåÊin a 3 day class.
The Galloping Gus class is an excellent way for students to learn how to use modeling chocolate to make a vivid, exciting character. Combined with armature design, students will learn to create a jaw-dropping, edible work of art. Students will learn methods for carving cake into unusual shapes, sculpting features and animation into a character as well as dry dust micro-painting. Includes the internal armature support for you to use on future projects!
All armature and certain supplies will beåÊprovided for use in class. Lunch provided each day.
