Cakebox.me appreciates your business and understands sometimes things don’t work out. You may return products that are unused and unopened up to 7 days after purchase with the exception of food based items such as chocolate, candy, sprinkles ,pens, fondant and other edibles.

  • No returns will be made for any item after 7 days.
  • Refunds do not include cost of shipping. Customers pay return shipping.
  • The return postage is the responsibility of the customer and the postage costs are not reimbursed, only the product itself.
  • If you would like to return your item/s needs please email info@cakebox.me with the reason for return and wait for further instructions on how to return your item to us.
  • A store credit will be issued, this will be determined during the returns process by cakebox.me.
  • Postage & handling costs on all returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by cakebox.me
