    FLAT RATE DELIVERY

    • AED 25 (Under 10KG)
    • Over 10kg, it will AED 35- Marked Heavy
    • Over 20kg, it will AED 60 - Marked Supersize

    Dispatch

    • Same day dispatch on all orders placed by 1pm Monday - Friday
    • Dispatch means to SEND your order out with the courier, and does not mean the day it will be delivered to you
    • Cut off time for guaranteed same day dispatch for all orders is 1pm Monday to Friday. For any orders received after 1pm on weekdays and anytime over the weekends, your order will be dispatched on the next business day

    Tracking & Delivery

    • The courier will call before they deliver to you

    • An airway bill number will be emailed to you, so that you may follow up online, or you may call the courier centre for an update.

    • All of our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at your address, you will be charged an extra delivery charge for a rescheduled delivery.

    NB: If a parcel is undelivered due to an incorrect address being provided by the customer a return cost of AED 32 will be charged to the customer – this is COURIER charge for a return to sender parcel. Please make sure that your phone number and address is updated in your customer profile.

     

    Shipping Rates for Outlying Areas

    • Outlying areas cost of delivery will be confirmed before despatch, price depends on the ares as per courier charges.
    • Certain Areas have  require extra charges eg. DIFC, this cost will be borne by the customer.
    • Some items we have are unusually heavy, and extra shipping is charged per heavy item, i.e. Fondant, Bulk orders, chocolate, edible items are all excluded from this free delivery.. these will be weighed and charged accordingly.


    International Delivery

    As of now, we do provide an International Service to Oman, Pakistan, Saudi, but this depends on Road/Air transport cost, and the payment is made before Items are shipped! All prices quoted on our website are in AED.

    1. Cost of shipping will depend on he final packed weight of goods.
    2. Certain items in our online catalogue are unavailable for international shipping. These include edibles, aerosols, flammable liquids, polystyrene cake dummies, oversize items as well as some items that may be categorized as hazardous materials due to their content.
    3. In addition, some items may be unavailable for shipping due to the individual policies of specific destination countries
    4. International orders are not eligible for exchanges. Items can be returned at purchaser’s expense for a refund, but not exchanged
    5. Your products value will be declared on your customs invoice and we are unable to change values on this invoice. The purchaser is responsible for any customs duty that may be applicable.
    6. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure the shipping address is correct at time of ordering.  The purchaser will be liable for any costs incurred due to incorrect address orders being returned to Cakebox.me.
    7. Maximum order value for shipping to International destinations will be limited to AED 1000.00
    8. Maximum weight for delivery to International destinations is 10KG

    Cakebox.ME Airbrush Machine 

    The Cakebox.ME Airbrush comes with a soft touch coating which encases the compressor making it easy to wipe clean.

    Along with a powerful piston type motor, unique pressure control, the airbrush also has a transparent hose, allowing you

    to see any blockages. The touch activated airbrush will allow you to add a unique design to your wedding cake, kids birthday cake and much more. 

    This product is supplied with a standard UK plug.

    What is Included:

    • Soft touch coating which encases the compressor making it easy to wipe clean
    • (Colour from spraying gets into every nook and cranny if the compressor isn't encased).
    • The motor on the compressor is more powerful, so it's not working as hard when you use it.
    • The hose is transparent - allowing your to see any blockages.
    • Hose comes with a special adapter which allows you to quickly and easily release the airbrush from the hose. (With a normal attachment to the hose, the air can create a vacuum which can make releasing the gun difficult.
    • This Airbrush Kit comes with a 3cc cup allowing you to hold more liquid.
    • The airbrush kit looks great and comes with a leather pouch to store the airbrush gun in.
    • Gold an silver airbrush colors can clog the machine/pen, please ensure that if they are used, there is no warranty on pen.
    • It comes with a standard 1year warranty (NOT INCLUDE WARRANTY ON PENS )
    • Pls note that when using Gold and Silver airbrush colors, the pen will get clogged, ensure you clean it thoroughly. 

    How it works:

    An airbrush works by drawing air from the compressor unit through the hose and out through the airbrush via a tiny needle which is located inside the airbrush at the end of the hand piece. When you pull back the lever, fine particles of colour are dispersed in the airflow.

     

    Tips

    Airbrushing is a great technique and with very little practice you can produce fantastic results.

    Here are just a few helpful tips that are worth remembering.

    1.Practice on paper first so that you don't spoil your project.

    2.Open all of your bottles before you begin, as you do not want to be struggling with unopened bottles during spraying.

    3.Never start spraying directly on to your project as you may get a sudden burst of colour. Try instead, to start spraying onto a spare piece of paper first and then (whilst spraying) guide your spray onto your project.

    4.Try mixing your colours to make different shades. You can either do this by adding drops of different colours to the cup or mix up larger amounts of colour in an empty bottle first.
